Why Googles Online Page Rank Matters?

Why Googles Online Page Rank Matters?

Whoever says that Google page rank does not matter doesn’t know what they are talking about. Google page rank is Google’s way of valuing a website, or blogs importance.

For you beginners out there who are not familiar with Google page rank here is a brief rundown. Google ranks all website, or blogs importance on a scale from 0 to 10 zero being the least important, 10 being the most important.

Google page rank is calculated by how many quality links are pointing to your website, or blog. It is better to accumulate more links that have a higher Google page rank pointing to your website then even more with a lower Google page rank such as a ranking of zero or one.

Your website, or blocks, content is also very important in playing a part in your Google page rank. The more optimized your content is for the search engines, and more content you have for your website or blog the better. Remember to update your blog or website daily if possible, and add as many quality links pointing to your site on a daily basis as possible. I try to add at least five new high page ranked websites pointing to my blog each day at the bare minimum.

Once your page rank gets up there with time and you are a Google page rank 3,4,5, or 6, you can rank higher for the keyword phrases you are targeting. Why do you think so many people out there right articles for article directories such as Ezinearticles, Articlesbase, or Goarticles to name a few. It’s very simple all these major websites are very important in the eyes of Google, and the other major search engines out there such as Yahoo, and Bing. These major article directories have a page rank of at least five. And some are six or sevens. For you beginning affiliate marketers out there this means that when you write an article for one of these major article directories your article will rank higher for the keyword phrases that you are going after in the search engines. By writing articles, and optimizing your article’s content for the search engines. You can actually rank for some highly competitive keyword phrases that you as an affiliate marketer can potentially earn some good money with.

If you have your own blog that has a Google page rank of five, six, or even a seven or higher you really don’t need to write any more articles. Your ranking up there with the big boys and now your blog is carrying the same weight as these giant article marketing directories. Your blog is now your own article directory so you should keep the content you write for your own blog, or website. I am not saying do not write articles when you have a chance, by all means do so, they do give you a nice back link. But spend more time writing content for your own blog, or website. Once your Google page rank is built up to a nice healthy 4,5, or 6. You can compete with the big boys in your niche – for some highly competitive search terms. And gain tons of free organic traffic in the process. Just remember: keep on adding content, and back links, to your websites or blogs and the traffic will follow.
