Contractor Lead Page Installation With Quote Calculator

$397 One-Time Installation

Get a Contractor Lead Page Installed for $397

Done for you. On your existing WordPress site. One-time fee, no monthly bill, no plugins to manage.

Your website is probably already getting visitors. The problem is what they find when they land there. Most contractor sites send people to a basic contact page. That works for some things. But a homeowner who wants a rough estimate before they call does not find much help there, and they move on.

I install a single lead page on your existing WordPress site. It shows your services, your service area, and a ballpark estimate section so homeowners get a general sense of cost before they call. There is also a tap-to-call button so a phone is one tap away. That is the whole job. One page, built and live on your site, for a flat $397.

Before anything else: send me your website address and your trade. I will take a look and tell you whether this installation is a fit for your site. You do not pay until I have confirmed that.

A quick note on who I am: I’m Jay Orban, the person behind JaysonLineReviews and InstantSalesFunnels. This is my service and I do the installation work myself. Not a team, not a reseller.

See the Lead Page in Action

These two pages are working demos built on the same format I install. The plumbing and roofing versions give you a clear picture of how the layout, the ballpark estimate section, and the call button work together. Your trade would get the same structure, adjusted for your services and service area.

What the $397 Installation Covers

  • One contractor lead page installed on your existing WordPress site
  • A ballpark estimate or quote section built into the page
  • Mobile-friendly layout throughout
  • Tap-to-call button for mobile visitors
  • A service area section showing where you work
  • A main services section for your trade
  • An FAQ section for common homeowner questions
  • Basic color matching to your existing site
  • One round of edits after the install is complete

What is not included:

  • Full website rebuild
  • Logo design
  • Paid ads or Google Business Profile work
  • SEO campaigns or link building
  • CRM setup or email automation
  • Multiple additional pages
  • Hosting, domain registration
  • Ongoing monthly support
  • Unlimited revisions

Good to know:

This page does one job well: give homeowners a useful place to land and a clear next step to call or request an estimate.

It does not replace your homepage or your other content. It sits alongside what you already have as a focused destination you can send traffic to.

Installation does not bring traffic on its own. If you are running local ads, sending people from Google Business Profile, or sharing the link in estimates and texts, this page gives them a much better place to land.

Is Your Website a Fit?

This installation is built for standard WordPress websites. That covers the majority of contractor sites. If your site runs on WordPress and you have admin access, you are most likely in the right spot.

If you are on a different platform, such as Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy Website Builder, Webflow, or something similar, send me the URL anyway. Some non-WordPress sites can work, but they need a separate look, and the price or approach may be different from the standard $397. I will tell you upfront what I find.

The format works across most home service trades:

Roofing Plumbing HVAC Electrical Remodeling Painting Concrete Landscaping Fencing Gutters Siding Flooring Handyman General Contracting

If your trade is not on that list, it probably still fits. Send me the URL and tell me what you do.

Why a Lead Page Is Different From a Contact Page

A standard contact page does one thing: it collects a name and a message. That is it. If a homeowner lands on it and has no idea what you charge, they are starting from zero. Some fill it out anyway. A lot of them bounce and look for a contractor who gives them something to work with first.

A lead page answers the first question homeowners always have before they call: “What is this going to cost me, roughly?” The ballpark estimate section lets them enter a few details about their project and see a general price range right then, before they pick up the phone. Not a real quote. Not a binding number. Just enough to tell them they are in the right ballpark and worth making the call.

Here is what that looks like in practice. A homeowner needs their gutters replaced. They find two contractors online. The first one has a contact form. The second one has a page where they can enter their home size and get a range like “$800 to $1,600 depending on linear footage and material.” The homeowner calls the second contractor more prepared and more likely to follow through.

That is the practical difference. The calculator does not replace your real estimate process. You still go look at the job. But it filters out some of the early “just curious” conversations and makes the ones that do call more productive.

One more thing: this page is built for mobile. Most homeowners searching for a local contractor are on their phone. A tap-to-call button means the step from “I found this contractor” to “I’m calling them” is one tap, not four.

How It Works, Start to Finish

Eight steps from first contact to a live page. Nothing complicated.

  1. Send your website address and your trade Call, text, or email Jay with your site URL and what kind of contractor work you do. That is all you need to start.
  2. Jay takes a look at your public site I check your current website to get an initial sense of whether this installation is a fit. Most standard WordPress sites clear this step without a problem.
  3. If it fits, I send you the payment link Once I confirm the site looks like a good match, I send you the Gumroad payment link. Secure checkout, $397, one-time.
  4. You send your business details and temporary WordPress access After payment, I send a short list of what I need: business name, phone, services, service area, logo if you have one, and a temporary WordPress admin account. Do not share your main password. Create a separate temporary admin user, then delete it when the install is done.
  5. Jay does the final technical review Before any work starts, I do a full technical check once I have access. Reviewing your public site gives a reasonable initial picture, but the final check catches technical issues that are not visible from the outside. If anything disqualifying turns up at this point, you get a full refund before any work begins.
  6. Installation begins Once the technical check passes and I have everything I need, I build and install your lead page. Most installations are completed within 48 hours of having working access, payment confirmed, and all business details in hand.
  7. You review and request edits When the page is live, I send you the link to review it. One round of edits is included. Tell me what you want adjusted and I take care of it.
  8. Your lead page is live That is it. A focused contractor lead page on your existing WordPress site, ready to send traffic to.

What You Need to Have Ready

After your website passes the initial fit check and payment is complete, I will send you a short list of what I need to get started. Here is what that covers:

  • Your business name, phone number, and contact email
  • Your primary services and a description of your service area (cities, counties, or a radius)
  • Your existing WordPress website URL
  • A temporary WordPress admin account created just for this install
  • Your logo file if you have one, or a link to where it appears on your current site
  • Your trade license number or years in business if you want those on the page
  • Any specific services, notes, or selling points you want highlighted
On WordPress access: Create a separate temporary admin user for this install, not your main login. Once the page is live and you have confirmed everything looks right, delete the temporary account. I do not need and should not have your main admin credentials. If you need help creating a temporary user, I can walk you through it.

Send Your Website Address

Send me your website URL and your trade. I’ll take a look and let you know whether the installation is a fit before you pay anything. Call, text, or email works fine.

Questions Contractors Usually Ask

What does the $397 installation include?

One contractor lead page, installed and live on your existing WordPress website. The page includes a ballpark estimate section so homeowners can get a general price range before they call, a tap-to-call button, a services section for your trade, a service area section, a basic FAQ section, and color matching to fit your current site.

This is a done-for-you service. You do not download anything, touch any code, or figure out where things go in WordPress. I handle the installation, set the page to your business details, and hand it back ready to use. One round of edits after the install is also included.

Do I need an existing WordPress website?

Yes. This installation is built for standard WordPress websites. That covers most contractor sites and the $397 price reflects that scope.

If your site runs on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy Website Builder, Webflow, or a similar platform, send me your URL and I will take a look. Some non-WordPress sites may work, but they need a separate review and the approach or price may differ. I will tell you what I find before you pay anything.

Can you build the page for my trade?

Yes. The plumbing and roofing demos show the format and how the layout works. They are not the only options. I can build a version for roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, remodeling, painting, concrete, landscaping, fencing, gutters, handyman, general contracting, and most other home service trades.

Send me your trade when you reach out and I will confirm the fit along with the website review. If your trade is something unusual, just describe the work and I will let you know what is possible.

How does the ballpark estimate section work without showing my real pricing?

The estimate section gives homeowners a general price range based on a few details they enter, things like the type of service, the size or complexity of the job, and a couple of other variables specific to your trade. The result is a low, typical, and high ballpark range.

It is not a binding quote and it does not show your actual cost sheet. Your real pricing still comes from your normal estimate or inspection process. The ballpark section just gives homeowners something to work with before they call, which makes that first conversation less awkward for both of you. Homeowners do not need to enter an email or phone number to see an estimate.

Do I have to call you before buying?

No phone call required. Text, email, or even a short written message works just as well.

The one step that does need to happen before payment is sending me your website address and trade. I need to take a quick look at your public site to confirm the installation is a reasonable fit. After that, I send you the payment link and we get started. A call is fine if you prefer it, but it is not a requirement.

What information and website access do you need from me?

After your site passes the fit check and payment is complete, I will need:

  • Your business name, phone number, and email
  • Your main services and service area
  • Your logo file or a link to it on your current site
  • Any specific details you want highlighted, such as license number or years in business
  • A temporary WordPress admin account created just for this install

Do not share your main WordPress login. Create a separate temporary admin user, then delete that account once the page is live and you have confirmed it looks right. I will walk you through this if needed.

When does the 48-hour installation window start?

The 48-hour window starts once three things are in place: payment has cleared, I have the business details I need, and I have the temporary WordPress admin access. All three need to be ready before I can start.

If you send payment and access at the same time, most installs are done within 48 hours. If one piece arrives a day later, the window starts when everything is ready. Sending your information promptly after payment is the best way to keep things moving quickly.

What happens if my website cannot support the installation?

If your site cannot support this installation, you get a full refund before any work begins.

Before I start any installation work, I do a final technical review once I have working access to your site. Reviewing your public website beforehand gives a solid initial picture, but the final check can catch technical issues that are not visible from the outside. The refund is in place for exactly that reason. If the site is not a good fit, I will tell you what the issue is and you will not be charged for work that cannot be done.
